Title: Black Frames in Animation
Post by: worldmode on 2015-09-29, 17:10:04
Hi, we have a big problem with an animation. Randomly the frames are black with the light, very strange. Camera clipping is on...

Randomly the rendering is correct, can you help us please. Thanks a lot!

yes. So this never happens on single machine? Only when using BB?

Single machine and backburner. Thats the main problem, because so is local rendering unfortunately not an option.

Thanks a lot for watching it. It can take some minutes, sorry. 480 MB, zipped. ;-)

ok, newest daily build has some additional safety checks that eliminate one problem I found in the scene. Can you test it to see if it no longer happens?

Inactive topic, I assume it does not happen in latest daily as there were several new safety measures against similar situations

Wouldn't be too quick to close it, watching the said finished animation I see a lot of stuttering, which happens when frames are missing. So perhaps his solution could have simply been to delete the black frames in meantime.
