I noticed that Coronas Scene Exposure does not override "frames" and "degrees" in PhysCamera (3dsMax 2016).
"frames" is the default type when I create a new camera.
EDIT: Looks like Scene Exposure has no effect on all the types in 3dsMax 2016.

even if you make use of the CoronaCameraMod modifier?
-
CoronaCameraMod works. The reason I reported this is because Scene Exposure overrides the old camera and VRayPhysicalCamera.
-
You can try turn off "Active" in environment slot
-
Exposure Control has been off on all the tests

This is how to reproduce it:
1. Create a new scene
2. Add a sun
3. Add a PhysCamera (3dsMax 2016)
4. Use 50 shutter, 8 aperture in the PhysCamera.
5. Go into Corona settings. Tick "Use photographic settings"
6. Set shutter to 200, 8 aperture, 100 iso.
7. The camera is still using 50 shutter.
-
Then you must change "no exposure" to "Physical Camera Exp Control" and turn on Active.

Old Post but I have the same issue! Did you find a workaround or has this been removed with 2016 ? A shame if it has as it was very handy

This behavior is by design - when using physical camera, its shutter speed will be always used, even when exposure control is not installed. This is because the shutter is used also for motion blur (and there is no option to have separate motion blur and exposure shutter speeds). Disabled exposure control disables only "Exposure" rollout parameters.
Camera mod always overrides physical camera, and physical camera always overrides render settings. There are no checkboxes "reverse the order" as they would complicate this even more (there was one previously, it was not pretty ;)).
