Title: Water material/geometry
Post by: Giona on 2015-09-11, 14:39:47
Hi guys!

I'm wondering what's the best way to achieve a realistic water effect for a swimming pool in corona.
It is better to assign the material to a plane or a box that fill the entire volume of the pool?

Thanks!

The Boundary (aka Peter Guthrie and Co) has a nice tutorial on pools

I would make it as a box which overlaps with the walls of the container. This way you will never have problems with refraction or absorption.
