Hello
Got this strange white thing on render https://www.dropbox.com/s/a85cce1i4k8scc7/shot_150825_164543.png?dl=0
Using buckets , tried progressive - the same thing. Corona latest version , demo license , max 14 , standard settings. Rendered this scene before - did not have this issue. For some reason it appeared...

It looks like something is missing. Are you using xrefs or proxies? Maybe what we are looking at is the environment color? Take a look here:

No proxies , no xrefs. Even if for some reason it will be missing something - at least we should see geometry there.. But as you see part of it spreads on window geometry whitening it as well. Only one node gives this thing. When i disconnect it and restart render - everything is fine. All nodes are in one sub network , getting assets from one server uwing UNC paths. Once i connect that node - this thing appears instantly. I use this setup to render with VRay distributed - no missing stuff or anything with it , and as you might know it is really sensitive to such things.

Can we see the exr generated by the faulty node and DrData content from it?
If for some reason distributed rendering does not work as expected, it is advised to check the images generated by each render node. To do so:
1. On master PC: go to Render Setup > System > Distributed Rendering and check "[DEBUG] Retain EXRs" checkbox
2. On master PC: start distributed rendering
3. On master PC: stop it after at least 1 pass
4. On master PC: hover your mouse cursor over "[DEBUG] Retain EXRs" to see path to the folder where the recieved images will be stored
5. On master PC: go to that location and inspect the EXR files recieved from each render node
This might be very helpful when identifying problems with Distributed Rendering.
It may be also helpful to open the log files localized in DrServer/drData folder.
If you prefer, or if you are rendering some commercial stuff which you don't wish to share publicly, you can submit a support ticket here:

Checked, it is completely transparent. Looks like it is not getting scene at all , not just texture or something ...
Also i rendered without that node and my ID channel has this different color strip : https://www.dropbox.com/s/wb3kvt94k1nhwh7/shot_150826_152042.png?dl=0 - other channels do not have this.
-
Is that strip visible only in ID channel? Gamma settings the same and correct on all of the PCs? https://coronarenderer.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/5000515647
Can you think of any difference between that one problematic node and the rest of them? Backburner/3dsmax/Corona/Windows version (including updates/service packs) - all the same?
-
Yeah that strip is on ID channel only and it appeared when i excluded that problematic node (still trying out to figure why it gives transparent exrs)
Everything is absolutely the same , as i mentioned before - these are being used in VRay production render pipeline and we did not have any issues. All the software is the same.
Well i am ok with the transparent rendering problem - looks like it is something network related , but this difference in ID channel is really strange one !
I will keep testing this stuff.
