I've noticed that if one renders RE with CGeometry_NormalsGeometry and CGeometry_NormalsShading and loads those maps back into max, then one must flip green channel in order to work correctly. I like that all my normals maps are in a way that max reads them but i don't want additionally fix them in photoshop. Maybe we can have a "flip green channel (ready for 3ds max)" checkbox inside aforementioned render elements?

RE's are outputted fine, it's just that 3ds Max normal map loading standards are wrong, and have been forever. So it's not the exporter (render element image output) that's wrong, it's the importer. So the checkbox should remain in the importer. It's the very same checkbox, just in different place.
