Title: Add deterministic scattering modes to CoronaScatter

(Moving mantis feature requests to forum)

For example scattering on grid, on each vertex, on center of each face, or on center of each edge... Or relaxed distribution where all of the instances are roughly same distance from each other.

Yep. I'd love to see more options with the scatter tool.

CScatter has the potential to be a great tool really. It already is in combination with bercon noisemaps! =)

Yes, I ran into this today - the standard Max scatter crashed during render (couldn't handle the amount of scattering objects) but the Corona scatter couldn't place the scattering objects where I wanted them to go (on the end of branches).

moving to resolved as part of cleanup, the prototype is already working in max
