Hi,

On the website (https://corona-renderer.com/prices-licensing/bonuses-discounts/) it is stated that discount for SigerShaders Corona Material Presets Pro | Max is valid until until 2015-09-30, but the code I have, expired on 2015-4-30 and does not work. How do I get a new code?

Unless you are PJ, we have another request like this in our support system. This is something that should be sorted out with SigerShop. That previous customer has already tried contacting Siger, but they haven't answered yet. We have tried contacting them recently too, but not response yet. My proposition would be to wait until Monday, and if there is still no response, we would try other means of contact.

I think that the best solution is to contact siger and they will send you a new code which will work.

I did, bud they are ignoring me. Regardless, I'm giving up on them. I don't mind paying full price, but I don't want to support the "ignoring" attitude

Hey Zdragas, what email did you use to contact Siger? Or only the contact form on their website? Can you submit a support ticket ( https://coronarenderer.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new ) if you wish to give them one more chance? :)

I was on vacation (first time in three years), but later in the hospital. Now I'm Ok also came back home.
