Title: CoronaBitmap - offset, tiling

CoronaBitmap tiling (scale) is working differently than max's tiling. I think it's confusing. Same thing for offsetting - it offsets regarding to bitmap space, while max does that in UV space.

No tiling option is not really not tiling. It stretches edge pixels. While it may be sometimes usefull, true no tilling is more needed, IMHO.

BTW, i think Scale naming is a bit misleading. The way it works now, it should be called tiling.
