Hi, we have the following problem, if we render with backburner server. Please see attachment. "Could not write file type...." If we render local there“s no problem. Saving the renderings is not the problem, saving works fine, but the jobs starts again and again and are blocking the farm. Also DR server can not be found....Can you please help. Thanks a lot!

Hi, we've already had a similar report but unfortunately the cause was not identified. Here are some questions that might sound silly but could be very helpful:
-are you rendering render elements?
-are you using any objects coming from a different renderer (for example a Vray camera)?
-are you using any 3rd party plugins (for example multitexture)?
-does this happen always, or only in specific scenes?
-are you sure that the PCs are allowed to communicate and access all the required files?
-
-are you rendering render elements? Yes and they were saved fine.
-are you using any objects coming from a different renderer (for example a Vray camera)? Yes, Vray Camera and HDRI, our scenes are always came from vray.
-are you using any 3rd party plugins (for example multitexture)? yes a lot, multitexture, multiscatter, railclone, forestpack...
-does this happen always, or only in specific scenes? always, if we render via backburner
-are you sure that the PCs are allowed to communicate and access all the required files? yes, renderings looks fine and nothing is missing...
Thanks a lot for your help!

Can you try doing the same thing you are doing with the "faulty" scene, but with a new empty scene (something like plane+teapot+some light), without any additional plugins/vray objects/hdr lighting?

We will try, thank you!

Hi, is there any update on this? Is it happening only with Corona, and renders fine with other renderers?
