Hi!
I have a workstation with an i5 3470 @ 3.2 Ghz and 24 GB of ram.
My renderslave has 2 x Xeon E5620 @ 2.4 Ghz and 24 GB of ram.
Before I upgraded to 1.0 my scenes rendered abit faster on my renderslave than on my workstation, 5-10% faster maybe.
After upgrading to 1.0 my renderslave renders a scene at 17-18 min when my Workstation renders it around 4-5 min.
It almost feels like the dual cpu support was disabled..(hyperthreading?)
I've also started to have crashes during render, often just when it starts on the next frame.
Have anyone seen anything similar to this?
Or is it another hardware issue that just happened to occur at the same time I upgraded Corona?
When I find some time I'll do some tests with Vray to see if I have the same difference in rendertimes.
