Title: Vray Blend for Corona?
Post by: mrjojo on 2015-03-02, 06:02:27
Hi guys.
Im new to Corona and I just love this engine. I was wondering if Corona offers a feature similar to vray blend where you would blend several materials on top of each other? can this be done by Corona?

I do it all the time with composite material, and standard blend material, but with the blend material I had some trouble in alpha builds, I haven't tried it with 1.0 yet.

Not yet, now you can easily use native blend material instead. But corona blend material is planned to be implemented in near future so be pateient :)

BTW in this thread you can find some nice examples how to use native blend material to create layered shaders.

cheers
