It's not bug, it's limitation of bump mapping. It doesn't take into account anything from Color Correct or Output nodes. It's the same in other renderers too.
If you need to invert bump texmap, use Invert in Output rollout of texmap itself or set Bump map amount to negative value under Maps rollout in material.
