Hello Corona Guru's
This is my first post as I need an urgent help. I have started to use Corona from past 20days and to my amaze, it was quick to learn. I am so impressed, that I have incorporated CORONA on an actual project where I need to create 8k renders. (8000X5500 pxl)
I have all the setup and test rendered them at 1200pxls and they come out quite fast. Leaving renders for 3 to 4 hrs gives a quite clean render. Now the question is...
Is there a trick to know, how many PASSes it would need to make a 8k render clean.
Or
How many hours should I keep the render running to make them noise free (some noise is acceptable, i am not looking for a 0 noise)
Scenario
I will be using Backburner to do 20 different renders at 8k. How to setup these????
Please NEED AN URGENT HELP

recently i had to make a 13k rendering so maybe i can help you a bit.
To me it seems...the4 bigger the render the less passes are neede to get a clean image.
Maybe because the noise from rendering can be easily taken as a normal image noise someone would expect from a Photography too.
My workflow for finding out the necessary amount of passes is this.
i look for the Area that has the hardest to clean noise, then i render a small region in this Area but at full resolution (should go pretty fast).
And when this Area seems to be clear i take the necessary amount of passes out of this render.
i hope i could help.

Thanks Lucutus,
I thought so as well, doing it right now...will update once one of the images get rendered with time comparison.
regards to all...
Any new ideas are most wellcome.
