A room to rest... damn google translator.
Anyway... have no idea of size by looking the picture. It lacks some familiar object scale reference.

Hmmm... its hard for me to explain but if you look at the window, the metal structure has a width that induces the eye to "think" that all the chairs could be smaller (Cause the mullion are thicker than we usually see on windows),  a clue of scale are the contents over the table but it does not pop to the eye ( i dont know how to explain but the eye does not rest in that place).
Also there is no roof so again we can locate accurately the scale of chairs relative to the room.
And the perspective is not helping.
Maybe i'm rambling.

Maybe i got this wrong, but i don't think those are mullions. This is actually a terrace of some sort and those are metal profiles. See the glass, it's the railing, there are no windows.

Agreed.

try to match both vanishing points, they are way off ...xd

and if the view of the room is important, try to "frame it" with the cieling. A square image ratio would be nice, with floor, pillars and cieling. :D
