Title: Trees test C4D

Just wanted to test some translucent leaves... I ended up using just refraction on the leaves... ior set to 1.0 and blurriness all the way...

Didn't have much luck with the translucency layer... Is translucency just like a fake SSS until the proper SSS is fully implemented?

Well... all I know is that I am sold... I will be buying the C4D Corona immediately when it is available!!!

I was surprised how good this looks with refraction. :)
What translucency does is basically transmitting light from one side of the object to the other (at least I think so). SSS is a different thing.
