Hah, it's fantastic, truly strange choice of theme and impressive modelling and scene dressing :- ).
Can I offer two small suggestions ? One is I think the oranges let down the realism of piece. They lack light scattering, some volume refraction. It makes them appear painted.
I would try to push the light contrast a bit further, to make the fish pop even more. Currently, I can feel where the light is coming from due to reflection, but not from shadows.

Love the details and the sculpting, amazing scene indeed, but I agree about the orange slices they look flat and hard without an organic feeling, maybe some translucency and good reflection map can fix things,

That's a really interesting render, and it looks very good! I also found that the oranges looked a bit flat and bright, I would rotate the knife a bit, I don't know but for some reason I just find it makes it look more 3d the way its placed. But good job, its really impressive! :)
