Hi guys...sorry for my stupid question but....is bokeh effect automatically generate with DOF or is there any other way to generate it..what value should we have use for a proper and accurate bokeh effect?

Yes, it's automatically generated :] In fact, you can't have one without other, no matter what. Bokeh "..is the aesthetic quality of the blur produced in the out-of-focus parts of an image.." by Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bokeh).
And if you want to control bokeh visual appearance, you can do it by changing aperture shape. Look at Global Camera Settings in Render Settings.
