Title: Limit Interactive to Safe Frames

I'm not sure if this is already possible, I've asked a couple of times in the db thread.
It would make sense to have an option to limit the interactive view to only the safe frames. When using funky aspect ratio's and for camera placement, a safe frames option would be very handy.
