Title: How to use backplates?

How do I use Corona Sun and put a cityscape backplate behind the glass?

I want to combine the internal reflections of the glass combined with a backplate if possible in Corona and not have to do it in Photoshop. I have looked at the Vids about this but it talks about using HDRi not backplates.

Do people on this forum use Corona Sun or prefer using HDRi images? Or combine?
Is it possible to render an image with the glass windows blocked out incase I do want to put it into Photoshop later and put an image behind?

Also, how do I get rid of the info on the bottom right of the render?
