Title: Demmi WIPS/Studys/Discovers
Post by: demmi on 2014-11-02, 00:57:52
Hi all first i would like to introduce myself i am an architect with 3 years exp and about 7 in archviz. Recently i found corona and it was like a huge surprise to me because i finally found the render i was looking for. I have tryed almost all render engines in the market by now (even that one famous) and i ended up with always a big fail when it comes to lighting and material setup because of the complexity of the renderer engines in the market by now.

In less of a month by now because of Corona i started learning also max by the way and i fell really confortable with both
Ondra fell free to invite me to daily builds if u want to
Great work Ondra and Corona team and all i can say is that i am proud to be an Alpha tester

Hi Demmi

you can try Midge Grass generator, it is for free.

Further more you could use Forrest Pack to distribute Commercial or free grass patches.

Forest Pack is very common in our industry.
There are other options aswell.

i always save all my render tests on a folder so that i can compare my evolution on each scene and this one particular i would share with you guys

these are my initial light test and my actual progress

i am learning a lot from just looking at the foruns and the mini wips tutorials from  Juraj_Talcik my CG inspiration
tnks to Juraj_Talcik for the dedon model witch can be found on his website: http://jurajtalcik.com/3dmodels/ (http://jurajtalcik.com/3dmodels/)

a few tips i have learned from this scene:

work with camera composition to make your scene more realistic
work with hight res textures (i need to find better ones)
play with light and find the right feeling you want to show to the viewer
and first time on making a pool water =P

still WIP all comments are Welcome
