Price is far from great... You can buy complete refurbished workstations from Dell (T5500) or HP (Z600/Z800) with 1 year warranty, featuring dual six core processors (X5650 or X5670), together with a GPU, hdd (even ssd in some cases), 24+GB ram, etc... for under 1000$.
