Title: Infinite/Vray Plane Corona equivalent?
Post by: jjduncs on 2014-10-12, 09:37:47
Is there a way to get an infinite plane like vray plane in corona?

I have tried using vray plane with corona material but this does not work.

Obviously I could make a massive plane and ignore from extents (which is what i have been doing when needed.), but it isn't as easy as a simple infinite plane.

Sorry if there is already such a feature that i have just been missing.

Thanks!

I also requested this some time ago. For now I am usually using huge circles. :)

Just draw a simple max plane primitive with no subdivisions and on the properties menu use the scale feature under render multipliers. Put something like 1000 or so. This way you can draw a 1mx1m plane but it will render huge.

I think the SLICER object much more important on today, if further continue to move in the direction supporting of simplify  ArchiViz visualization's/:)
Look like a man tormented with /FLOOR PLAN/ project :)

Thanks man, I've drawn millions of planes and never noticed the Render Multipliers bit !

Wow :)
