Hi guys, I made this image on weekend, I was so excited about corona subsurface scattering then I decided to do something about it ... hehe
I was trying made this as real as possible!
Well I'm not 100% happy about it yet, mainly after grains have gone...
But... this is something that is always in progress, and if anyone has any tips are always welcome!
Thnks
Ps. Only procedural texture was used.

It lacks some sexy chocolate on it. you can't make one without the other. XD.

I'm working on a similar Material in C4D. Unfortunately, we have no SSS and it is still very very wip. :)
Would you mind to share your SSS-Settings though?
Btw, sorry for hijacking your thread. :)

Very nice Dubi! The shader is very realistic!

mp5gosu the translucency in corona works very well!
I like your strawberry... I was thinking yours may have to much reflective aspect... maybe you can get a little more glossiness...

Hi dubiella
Why didn't you switch on the "Optimize for SSS" option under the "Volumetric absorbtion and scattering" section?
cheers

I think Keymaster mentioned somwhere, that "optimize for SSS" checkbox does nothing at the moment. Don't know if it changed recently, though.

Aha, I missed that one
