These renders look very realistic in terms of lighting and colour balance but the vegetation destroys the whole impression when zoomed in. Why is it so blurry? Is it 3d or taken from photos?

i guess its DoF....wich is too much in this case in my opinion....but the light is really nice.

well, plants are 3d models + almighty corona proxy. light is Hdri. bluring is DoF, which is not done properly. Im trying to improve my photoshop skills so this was my first experiment with DoF
