Title: How to use Alpha in material or How to use multiple materials on same object
Post by: Melchior on 2014-09-20, 11:21:47
Hello, I have been playing with the alpha version of the Corona and I am very impressed with the results I have been getting. However I have been unable to find any way to use Alpha mask on any material to reveal only parts of it. This is how multiple materials are layered on top of each other in cinema 4d.

Maybe there is some other way to mix multiple materials on the same object?

Not supported yet. Should be available in the upcoming update.

You can do it with the opacity canal in Corona material. Like in C4D.
You need the hide parts in black. It's the same way

Will normal maps be supported in the next update?
