New 3DS Max instance hangs on startup when rendering in another instance.

What version of max you are using? And does this happens with other renderers.
I can render with one instance and work in another without any problems. 3ds max 2014 sp5

Max 2011 64Bit. Once it's open eventually and it does work though it takes a very long time. Maybe 5 mins or so.

I will do some tests with other renderers but I don't think it's an issue.

you will need to set the process priority of the first 3dsmax to low. For some reason 3dsmax cannot handle multitasking well. It does not happen with standalone corona.
