Title: Rendered a bunch of .cxr files. How do I make them ready for After Effects?

It would have been easy to put them in After Effects if I had rendered them as .png or .jpg. But now I have a bunch of files in .cxr. How can I make them ready for After Effects?

Did you try to change file extension to exr? I think that should work.
