Previous versions of Chaos Corona 11 had the option to install MaterialLibrary offline during installation, but now Chaos Corona 13 does not have an offline installation option during installation

It will be downloaded and installed the first time you try to open it through the Corona menu in Cinema.

BTW, why do you want it, given that all the materials are now in Cosmos? Which is a genuine question, I am interested in why you want to use the Corona Mat Lib instead to access the same materials.
