You can either simulate a cloud with Phoenix, or model it yourself and apply a Corona Volume Mtl to it. Check out the "Cloud (opacity)" example here, it should be a good starting point: https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us/articles/4528498501137

You can use displacement when modelling the cloud to get nice detailed cloud edges.

You can also check out this tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GJc4c8lt1Gg). It's ancient, but most of the information in it should still be valid.

Update: another one (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t6R3JwCy02M)

Hi,

If you want to create the clouds, that you should simulate or base-model and displace-the-hell-out of it.

On the other hand, there are free cloud VDBs available online, which you can use and tweak by CoronaVolumeMtl.
E.g.: https://kamilkrb.gumroad.com/l/FreeVDBclouds (https://kamilkrb.gumroad.com/l/FreeVDBclouds)
