This project explores a sculptural residential tower placed within one of Tel Aviv's most dynamic developing zones. It was designed to merge vertical elegance with urban rhythm, balancing architectural mass and transparency through a carefully composed facade and sensitive integration with the street-level experience.
DESIGN CONCEPT:
The tower's distinctive geometry grows from a clean volumetric base and unfolds upward into a more expressive silhouette. The angled structural lines guide the viewer's eye vertically, while the grid of balconies and warm-toned glazing breaks the mass into a livable scale. The design emphasizes rhythm, sun orientation, and connection to public space.
