Is there a problem with the chaos site? I'm trying to get a new corona license and the cart page closes before it's fully opened? The product in the cart is visible, but the page closes.

Ticket access not working. Even though I filled in the page information, it says the information is missing. The page is not working correctly. That's why I can't reach anyone in authority. There may be no one from the site administration in this forum. Maybe someone who has the same problem can explain how they solved it. No access to all computers in the office. Not on phones. There is no access to logins with different IP addresses.

I just tried submitting a support ticket at https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and everything is working fine both on the user side and on our internal side. Perhaps you left the "reference number" field empty? In that case, please put anything there, for example "000".

If something is still not working for you, please share here a screenshot demonstrating which exact step you are stuck at and what is happening.
