Hello everyone! I'm new to 3DSMAX and i cannot seem to figure it out how to change the denoise mode
Does not let me click on the option, it is probably something very simples, but i can't find it

You have Production Upscaling enabled, which always uses Denoising and that is always the NVIDIA Denoiser, so you can't choose to change it :) BTW, Production Upscaling should only be enabled when rendering draft/test images or animations, and not for final production work.
