Title: CORONA 12 COROAN HOTFIX 1 KEEP CRASHING BEFORE RENDER IS FINISH

Since I installed Corona 12 and Corona 12 Hotfix 1, my 3DSMAX has been crashing more often before finishing the render in Hires. Please help if you guys experience it, too.

Using the Corona 11 version, I don't have any issues with rendering like this before.

I already submitted a request to CORONA support, but they are very slow. I hope I can find an answer here, as we have a lot of deadlines, and this issue affects our timeline.

Please advise.

Sorry to hear you are having problems. Given it relates to crashes, it's good you contacted support (hopefully that was by ticket at https://support.chaos.com/requests/new and you included information such as what you were doing when crashes happened, any errors messages received, minidumps from the crashes, an example scene that was crashing, which version of Max, which OS, etc.) That kind of information will be needed to have any hope of diagnosing what is causing the crashes (especially the minidumps :) ).
