Title: Render drop down misplaced

Hi,

VFB enlarged and when open render button, drop down menu is misplaced.

and one more... VFB when close, its not remember its place, vfb open again and it opens in its default place.
V11 was not like this.

it happens when move VFB move to 2nd screen.
