According to this page https://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/225990/en-us/ , R550 U6 (552.55) is the latest driver.
-
I installed it same problem existed
-
andi add <cuda_12.5.0_555.85> nothing
-
It could be that your graphic cards is just too old for the Optix.
-
quadro m4000 not old
-
Launched in 2015, and at the speed GPUs change and improve, 9 years is definitely old. Anyway, it should work as it is a Maxwell card, and does have drivers that are new enough. Question - I notice your error is from the Corona Image Editor, do you have the same error in Corona itself? Which version of Corona do you have installed? If you updated Corona at some point, did you also ensure the Image Editor was updated? If you run the Corona Installer again, using Custom and only choosing the Corona Image Editor and the AI denoiser to install, does it correct the error?
-
I was working on version 6 and it was working NOW ON 10 not working
-
Please try with Corona 11 Hotfix 2 - https://corona-renderer.com/download
...or try the newest daily build: https://forum.corona-renderer.com/index.php?topic=41598.0
-
Also let us know if this is ONLY in the Corona Image Editor, or if you get the same error inside 3ds Max rendering in the VFB.
-
i removed card m 4000 and add 4060ti same same Corona Image Editor same erro

please help me i have wrok need work
-
Also let us know if this is ONLY in the Corona Image Editor, or if you get the same error inside 3ds Max rendering in the VFB. Have asked this a couple of times before, but not had an answer, initially you showed a Corona Image Editor error, and you replied "same Corona Image Editor error", but I am still not clear if this means it happens in the VFB in Max too?
-
VFB in Max too? yes
-
look VFB and Corona Image Editor,

Can't you just switch to Intel AI denoiser until you solve the issue? In case you wonder, no, you don't necessary have to have Intel CPU to use that denoiser, it works on AMD CPU as well.
Meanwhile i suggest you to open new ticket at Chaos support portal about your Nvidia denoiser issue - you will get personalized and faster support there. https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Hi, your last image is not loading for me. Could you please attach it directly on the forum or use another hosting platform? (maybe https://postimages.org/)
Please note that the NVIDIA AI denoiser is an optional component of Corona. You don't need it to work with Corona or create great scenes and renders.
You can also switch from the NVIDIA AI denoiser to the Intel AI denoiser - it also produces amazing results and is fast.

hello any one help me what happen
-
I FUND THIS

say probeam from corona
-
You could try a complete uninstall and reinstall, as it used to be we included the denoiser in the Corona installation many versions ago (and you say you started from Corona 6), but now the denoiser is installed by NVIDIA in their drivers. Could be you have some old and new version of the denoiser installed as a result of moving from the old 6 to the newer 10 and 11, so starting over clean might help.
Meantime, as mentioned above, the Intel denoiser is in fact much better in terms of final renders. You can't use it in IR, but you are talking of completing a job so presumably for denoising final deliverables, and the Intel AI denoiser does a far better job there and is our recommended denoiser these days. This means you are not missing out by not having the NVIDIA denoiser in the meantime.
