Hi everybody ,
I need help creating this parametric object in 3ds max,I watched some tutorial on youtube but all are in different shape ,not like this one that I'm doing .
If anyone would help me ,I will appreciate that .

the first example, the calatrave wave, is actually very easy to do.

I tried to install adv array modifier but I use Autodesk 3ds max 2024 and didn't find it

You could just the built in array modifier, if you wanted more control use a custom FFD where you only add points along the width

Sorry to chime in, off topic.
Just cool to see that video, I worked on the design of that real-world architecture project in Paris back in the day :D
(The original concept was done in Grasshopper)
Cool to see it re-surface here unexpectedly.

the latest version of AdvArray (1.2.6) works fine with max2024.

The modeling technique can be very different here.
My favorite is always keeping things simple.
You can find the max file attached.
