Hi all.

My colleague is getting this when opening the converter

It seems to be working but anyone know why this is happening?

It seems that in some cases Windows may be using the temp folder to store some data. If the full path is too long, this can cause such errors. The solution would be to make sure that the full path does not exceed 260 characters.
Is your colleague using a very long Windows username? Or maybe some special characters in the username?

Hi Maru, is i post on the otherdiscussion, this thing happens with long or short characters on path and file names, also ive found a consistent error when try to convert material with maps that hace space as the first name character, i try to increase the initial heap allocation size and no luck with it.

Sorry, but I didn't fully understand your message. Are you still having the original problem or not?
And are you having some new problems?
