Title: Chaos Cosmos and Corona render in 3dsmax doesn't work (Internal Server Error)

Hello.

I have a problem with chaos libray in corona render for 3dsmax.First i click on "Open Cosmos Broswers" next i want to sign in to Chaos cosmos and then a new page appears in the browser with the problem"Internal Server Error" i use metod to go to cbservice.exe but problem is still with me. The new web page is called "http://localhost:30305/api/v1/userinfo?cb=http%3A%2F%2Flocalhost%3A30305%2Fsignin&prompt=&redirect=true".

Can anyone help me ?

While you were writing a reply to my post, I also formatted my computer. After this process, everything works. If anyone has the same problem, I recommend formatting your computer and then checking your license on the Chaos Licesne Server website and logging in there. the error may be caused by the fact that you once tried a version of the Corona or V-ray engine and the servers think that you do not have a new license.

I am glad to hear that the issue is solved, but I don't think there was any need to format the whole PC :)

This is usually related to the browser cache and cleaning it should have solved the issue for you.

Nerevtheless, in such cases it is recommended to submit a ticket. That way the issue will be address more effectively.
