Would be nice to have an option to control CoronaSky parameters through CoronaSky options(similar to Vray), instead of using material editor.

If I understand correctly, you would like to have the Sky controls somewhere else than in the material editor, right? If so, where exactly should they be? (inside an object, in render settings, in the environment window,...?)

you can put all the controls you need into CoronaSun (Parameter Editor + Wire Parameters).
