Title: Corona 10 - IR freeze Cinema 4D

Hi,

IR seems to be prone to freeze Cinema 4D when I'm editing the scene during rendering, and particularly if the active object is an instance / render instance ( it seems, can't confirm yet).
It reminds me a lot of the IR issue on v9 without being so bad. In any case I have to force quit and restart Cinema each time.

Does anyone have the same experience ?

Hi Bengamin,

I've installed the v10 hotfix 1, I still have issues, especially when duplicating items in the OM with the drag-n-drop shortcut.

Here I have the same problem... Stopping IR makes C4d 2024 crash. Even with latest build of corona 11.

With cinema 2023 and corona 9, i have no problems..

Still have this issue on my side too with IR, not only with instances but all types of object, the common deminator being the drag-n-drop copy in OM. REsult is Corona getting stuck at "computing sec.GI".
Surprised that there aren't more feedback on this one, it's a pretty common practice.

I'll try Bengamin, but I notice that quite a few bugs reported here by forum users seems to happen only in real scenes. Torturing Corona in a newly created scene often does nothing, it's rock solid ! But I often running into the same bugs when I'm working on a project for a client. Especially the IR which is put to the test by the sheer volume of data in a typical project.

Sometimes it is stuck with this message. Note the 0% usage of Cinema 4D, which I wil have to terminate and restart. Quite a productivity killer when it's happening several times a day.
