Title: for 1,5 week ago i left a request #128652 and made an order of corona

Hi.
For 7 days ago i left a request #128652 and a bit later (5 day ago) made an order of corona render educational license for institutions request and i have no answer.
How long i must wait? We have students which are waiting aplications.
