My second test of render with corona ....
Still have some noise ... how to reduce this with corona settings
Tnks for your ansewrs in advance
-
well, what are your current settings? Defaults?
-
the defaut corona settings
i dont change anything
so what can i change and what i must leave it as it is
-
If you ask what to change – then leave as it is.
-
but it's very noisy ... how to solve this
-
Portals are present? Also what is runtime and sampling of those renders?
-
You can follow this guide: https://forum.corona-renderer.com/index.php/topic,2518.msg18353.html#msg18353 Most likely it'll help you to get render your scene clean and fast.
-
thank you its very use full
-
some noise reducing
-
This noise reduction is really awful. Looks like photos taken with a cellphone from 1995.
-
Oh come on maru, you know that in 1995 even dslr would envy such image quality :]
taybemax, maybe you'd want to reduce strenght of bump mapping of wood material?
-
Ok, I'll rephrase this into "extremely aggressive noise reduction". ;)
-
hhhh loooooooooooooool
it's better to give me the best setup ... not bad comments
-
Show your settings first. ;) Or are they default? How much time do you want to spend for this rendering? Did you add portals as suggested?
-
I think that it looks like your light sources are set up wrong.. what kind of light sources did you use, how many, and are some of them enclosed in doublesided glass like geometry ? Cause to me some noise looks like direct light having tough time getting where it needs to get. :D

I would check tyhat some of the IOR's in the materials peraps some of them are in the 999 range.
Other thing to check is that gamma and lut are 2,2
