Hello,
I am using 3ds max 23 with Vray 6. I would like to be able to convert Corona models to Vray, and I know you need to have Corona installed to do so.
However, I already have the Cosmos Service, License Server and Chaos Scatter installed, and I don't want Corona to override them.
Is it possible to install just the Corona renderer without these add-ons, purely for model conversion?
Thanks!

If you use "Custom" during the install of Corona you can choose what elements to enable and disable, e.g. the license server. That said, leaving it on as an option should not disrupt your V-Ray installation at all.

Thanks for the quick reply, I used the custom option but that doesn't allow to disable Scatter. I just want the pure standalone Corona renderer installed.
I chose the "Unpack" option so now I have all the directories ready for installation. Can you assist please?

I can't, sorry, but the support folks can :) What is it you need to know, where to move the various components now they are unpacked?

Yes please, and I would like to only install the Corona renderer so that I can use the Vray Scene Converter to convert selected models.
Also as I'm already using Vray there is no need to install the License Server because I will not be subscribing to Corona, and I already have Cosmos Browser and Scatter installed.
Thanks
