I accidentally click on a dependency loop, why does this take a long time to click out or it gets stuck, sometimes it even crashes your work.

Hi,

This is known and reported for most probably the same issue you are having.
The known workaround is to Alt+Tab when it's "stuck", and select 3ds Max window again, then you can click Ok right away.
