Title: blue sky
Post by: koubankeo on 2023-02-15, 14:25:49
Hi

Please advise me how to set the sky, sun and camera. I want to reproduce a blue sky, camera against the sun( a kind of winter sky). I can't get the blue sky, there is always a big haze on the horizon and everything except the sky is too dark.

Is there something wrong in my sky settings or is it a post production issue?

thanks for the advice

Try using an altitude for the sky of 8000m

Don't forget to take into account the fact that your example photo is taken in winter time when the sun is much lower over horizon and the ground is covered with one of the most reflective substance in nature, i.e. snow :]

This has been discussed before, I am afraid usually getting the blue blue sky look requires some "tricks": https://forum.corona-renderer.com/index.php?topic=38361.0
