Title: Better way to control color by noise?
Post by: ShynnSup on 2022-12-17, 06:11:18
Hi guys, I am looking for an alternative way to apply materials controlled by a texture.

Goal would be to have 1 single scatter and 1 material (layered or with multi shader).

This it what it would look like. With this shader:

It works yes, but not ideal. I had to create 2 scatter objects and invert the texture in one.

Just wondering if there is a smarter way out there. Thanks.

Hi there, currently we do not have a feature like this. But please feel free to request it in the feature request thread here: https://forum.corona-renderer.com/index.php?board=38.0
