so  I can send it to designer for communication.

either
1) multiply dot product shading pass with source color pass, or
2) delete all lights, set enviro to black, set primary GI to none, and place some standard 3dsmax lights with no shadows and no attenuation in the scene

Why do you need Corona for this ?
