As of late i am not able to use Cosmos anymore. I get the screen that there is a problem and i am asked to reinstall cosmos, but this doesn't help. It has always been buggy for me but at least a reinstall or stopping and starting the service used to fix my problems. But now it just won't work. I added the sites listed in the troubleshooting docs in my browser (edge) but that does nothing. I don't know what else to do.
Can siomeone help me fix this? I can't switch to version 9 at the moment as i am in the middle of multiple projects and switiching to version 8 gave me some real headaches when i switched so i am not keen to do thus again with v9!

As you've already tried the troubleshooting steps I reckon your best bet would be to open a support ticket and one of the support guys will be able to help you out much quicker :)
