Title: This Cool Clay Material In Corona?
Post by: BigAl3D on 2022-07-19, 17:10:57
I stumbled upon this really nice dynamic clay material done in Cycles for Blender. I haven't tried to recreate it yet, but thought for sure this can also be done in Corona. Any thoughts?

Took a quick overwiev. It's few super-shaders (aka "uber-shaders"):
and is procedurally animated, can display various patterns... but overall it comes down to standards: Diffuse, AO, SSS (Christensen-Burley), translucency, bump, roughness... (w/in Principled), so I think: "Yes, could be mimicked."

Should be rather easy to recreate, I just searched for a clay like texture, added some finger prints and tweaked a few things until it was ''good enough''. ;)
