can you explain please how to add motion blur directly in corona ( i made  car render and i added MB with PS )

It's very simple, just check those two checkboxes and you'll have it.

Car paint material looks unfinished, try to play with fallofs within difuse and reflection slots.

Also try to use blend material with different reflection glosines amouts for fake highlight blur.
